Line Dancing

“It’s a little linedancing family which is such a joy to be a part of.”

“I attend the class for some good exercise and to have a laugh.”

“I come for the exercise and for the country music.”

“We come for an evening of fun, frivolity and friendship.  Oh, and to linedance too!”

“Everyone leaves the lesson with a smile on their face.”

“Even when I feel puffed, Naomi still makes me smile!”

Classes are held at Litlington Recreation Centre at 8pm each Tuesday evening for an hour.  Each session cost £3, pay-as-you-come.

Linedancing is great low impact exercise in a class with a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

What should you bring with you to lessons?  Wear flat shoes that do not grip the floor too strongly.  Trainers are not advised.  Bring water to drink – particularly on warmer days.  Wear layers so you can peel off as you get warmer. You may wish to consult with your GP before beginning any new exercise or dance styles.

Line dance has great health benefits but don’t just take our word for it… The Daily Express newspaper thinks so too!
